Kanesville Symphony Orchestra

The Kanesville Symphony is a community orchestra comprising of both community members and professional players. The Kanesville Symphony is a non-profit orchestra funded by the Pattawattamie Arts Culture Entertainment (PACE). The orchestra performs four to five concerts per year at the new Hoff Family Arts and Culture Center.

The Home of KSO is the Hoff Family Performing Arts Center, in the expanding Haymarket Area in Council Bluffs, Iowa. We have a dedicated rehearsal space, private rehearsal rooms, a state of the art stage, pit orchestra space, and classrooms we share with our partners, American Midwest Ballet, the Chanticleer Community Theater, and food startup incubator The Kitchen Council.

Together with our Partners and the Pottawattamie Arts Culture and Entertainment organization (PACE) and the Hoff resident artists, we bring art, music, cuisine, and dance closer to the people of the metro area and Southwest Iowa than ever before!

We believe that music is an integral part of life. The power of music helps to inspire the community, connect people from all different backgrounds, and helps the community to grow as a whole to further better life as we know it.
